I am a registered Osteopath based in Holborn, London.
I provide treatment to help
people move more comfortably, recover from pain or injury and restore balance to their bodies.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of healthcare that focuses on how the body’s structure influences its overall function. It is based on the principle that when the body’s joints, muscles and connective tissues move freely and work in balance, health and wellbeing are improved.
Health Benifits
Osteopaths use a wide range of hands-on techniques to assess and treat the body, including soft tissue work, joint articulation and gentle stretching or mobilisation. Treatment aims to reduce pain, improve movement, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
My Experience
Before qualifying as an osteopath, I built a strong foundation in sports massage and injury management, which deepened my understanding of how the body adapts to stress, movement
and recovery.
